What to Expect During Your Counselling Session

Your counselling session at Mind Wellness Counselling Services is a safe, supportive, and confidential space where you are met with warmth, respect, and understanding.

The first session is dedicated to building a foundation of trust and understanding. We will discuss the challenges you are facing and identify the outcomes you want to achieve through therapy. You remain in control of your journey, and we will only explore what you feel ready to share.

In our ongoing work together, we collaboratively explore your experiences and emotions through a blend of gentle conversation and practical skill building. Every session is tailored to your unique goals, incorporating evidence-based techniques and holistic support to help you move forward.

You do not need a GP referral to access our services. While we do not offer bulk billing, we are dedicated to providing the highest standard of ethical and professional care for every client.
